A 32-year-old Enfield man lost his life Thursday night in a tragic motorcycle crash on Town Farm Rd near Grassmere Country Club. Enfield Police responded to the scene shortly after 9:07 p.m. following reports of a serious collision involving a motorcycle and a pickup truck.
Emergency responders, including paramedics and Enfield Fire personnel, worked quickly to assist the injured motorcyclist, identified as Jashua Martinez-Martinez. He was transported from the scene to Baystate Medical Center, where he was later pronounced dead due to the severity of his injuries.

According to police, the crash occurred when Martinez-Martinez’s motorcycle and a pickup truck driven by a 78-year-old Enfield man collided on Town Farm Rd. The driver of the pickup truck was not injured in the incident and remained at the scene as officers began their investigation.
At this time, the circumstances leading up to the crash are still under investigation. Enfield Police are asking anyone with information to contact Officer K. Ragion as they work to determine the factors involved in the fatal incident.
