
LAKEWOOD, CA — The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department is asking for the public’s assistance in locating 26-year-old Dayanna Rosemarie Rushing, a vulnerable woman with a mental health condition who was reported missing on Friday morning.
Rushing was last seen around 7:30 a.m. on Friday in the 4100 block of Pixie Avenue, just north of East Carson Street in Lakewood. According to authorities, she suffers from a mental disorder, though the specific nature of her condition has not been disclosed.
She is described as a Black female, 5 feet tall, weighing approximately 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing black shorts and a black tank top.
Concern is growing for Rushing’s safety due to her condition and the time elapsed since she was last seen. Law enforcement officials urge anyone who may have seen her or has information about her whereabouts to come forward.
