Brittany Sanchez, a 39-year-old resident of North Las Vegas, tragically lost her life in a single-vehicle rollover crash on February 24, 2025. The accident occurred around 4:32 p.m. near the intersection of Alexander Road and Simmons Street. According to the North Las Vegas Police Department, Ms. Sanchez was driving a gray 2005 Ford Escape at a high rate of speed when the vehicle left the roadway and overturned. She was pronounced dead at the scene. A male passenger sustained minor injuries and was transported to University Medical Center for treatment. Authorities have identified speed as a contributing factor in the crash, while impairment is still under investigation.

Ms. Sanchez leaves behind six children. Her sister, Tiffany Sanchez, has organized a fundraiser to assist with funeral expenses and support for the children. In the fundraiser description, Tiffany expressed, “My sister was a mother, a sister, a daughter, and a friend. She struggled with things but she always tried her best.”
