SUPPORT THE FAMILY - GOD BLESS YOU

David Grant was someone who truly lived life to the fullest. He was loved by all and feared by many — not because he was intimidating, but because he had a way of commanding a room with his larger-than-life presence, his mischievous grin, and that unforgettable twinkle in his eye. If you ever heard the words, “I’m calling David Grant,” you knew something was about to happen — and it was probably going to be unforgettable.

There are so many great memories that flood our minds when we think of David. From birthday parties and weddings to holiday gatherings, camping trips, snowmobiling adventures, or just casual afternoons hanging out in the backyard — David was the life of every gathering. He brought energy, laughter, and a spirit of fun that could lift even the heaviest hearts. He had a way of making everyone feel welcome, important, and part of something bigger — part of a family.

David wasn’t just a friend to many of us; he was family. Over the years, he became woven into the fabric of our lives, always there with a smile, a joke, a helping hand, or a slice of homemade pizza. And oh, how he loved pizza — both making it and sharing it with the people he cared about most. We can only hope they’re making incredible pizzas in heaven today, because if there’s a kitchen up there, David’s already found it.

To know David was to know loyalty, laughter, and love. He showed up when it mattered — whether you needed a friend to celebrate with you in good times or a brother to stand beside you in the hard ones. He didn’t just talk about being there for people; he lived it. Through thick and thin, through every season of life, David remained a constant presence — steady, strong, and true.

David Grant was a proud graduate of Potsdam High School, Class of 1994 — a class that has now lost one of its brightest lights. Those school days feel like yesterday: the football games, the hallway laughs, the small-town moments that turned into lifetime friendships. David carried that small-town loyalty with him wherever he went, and anyone who crossed his path was better for it. He never forgot where he came from, and he never let us forget either — always reminding us that no matter how far life took us, we were always connected.

Even though David’s time with us has ended, the impact he made is eternal. His was a life lived fully and generously. He taught us that true wealth is not measured by what you have, but by the people you love and the memories you make. David left us all richer — in laughter, in love, and in unforgettable moments.

As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate the incredible life he led. We celebrate the fearless way he lived, the unwavering kindness he showed, and the boundless joy he spread. We celebrate every inside joke, every high-five, every late-night conversation, and every memory that will now serve as a precious reminder of the gift he was to us all.

Rest in peace, David Grant. Thank you for being our friend, our family, our confidant, and our fearless leader on so many wild and wonderful adventures. Thank you for every laugh, every hug, every slice of pizza, and every moment of joy you gave so freely. You were truly one of a kind, and we are all better for having known you.

We love you, we miss you, and we will carry your spirit with us forever. Until we meet again — save us a slice in heaven.
