Dirk’s family was the center of his world. He was a devoted husband to his wife, Stacey, and a loving father to their three children—Aidan, Teddy, and Olivia. His love for them was unwavering, and they were the heartbeat of his life. Whether it was through family outings, shared laughter around the dinner table, or late-night talks, Dirk made sure that his family felt loved and valued at all times. His passing has left a hole in their hearts, but the memories they share with him will continue to provide comfort and strength in the years to come.

Born to Martin and Mary Hollebeek, Dirk grew up in a family that instilled in him the values of faith, hard work, and loyalty. Dirk’s relationship with his parents was one of great importance in his life. His deep respect for them was evident in his actions, and the love he shared with them was a foundation on which he built his own family. Dirk was always ready with a word of encouragement, a funny story, or a simple moment of shared joy. His playful spirit and caring nature made him the uncle everyone looked up to, and his presence will be sorely missed by all his nieces and nephews.

In addition to his commitment to family, Dirk was deeply embedded in his community. He was a proud member of the Holland area and had a lifelong commitment to giving back to those in need. Dirk’s selflessness was reflected in his many acts of kindness—whether it was volunteering for local events, helping friends and neighbors with home repairs, or lending a hand at his children’s schools, Dirk was always ready to serve. His sense of community, however, was not just about actions—it was about creating connections, making others feel valued, and offering a steady, loving presence to everyone who crossed his path.
