Edward Cahill, age 71, of Coral Springs, Florida (formerly of Pittsburgh, PA) went to be with the Lord on March 3, 2025, surrounded by his loved ones.

He was beloved husband for 29 years to Linda; loving father to daughters, Lauren, Erin (Jon), Megan; and treasured grandfather to Benjamin and Elizabeth. Ed is also survived by his sisters, Patricia Perella, Kathleen Cox, Colleen (Den) Hartner; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Ed attended the University of Pittsburgh on a swimming scholarship then a football scholarship graduating with a BS degree in Education. Early in his career he made life-long friends as a lifeguard at South Park Pool and Wildwood Jersey shores. Ed started his brokerage career in Florida where he became a well-regarded successful Wealth Management Advisor at Merrill Lynch. Ed had a way of making everyone feel welcome and loved. He will be sadly missed by his family, friends, clients and colleagues.
