GILBERT, AZ — A family’s world was shattered on June 25, 2025, when 2-year-old Spencer, a bright and spirited toddler, tragically passed away in a drowning accident. What began as a normal summer day quickly turned into an unimaginable loss for his parents, Angie and Chris, and his two siblings.

SUPPORT THE FAMILY - GOD BLESS YOU

Spencer was the joyful heart of his family—full of curiosity, laughter, and love. Known for his twinkling eyes and mischievous grin, he delighted in dinosaurs, bubbles, story time with his mother, wrestling with his father, and chasing his older siblings around the yard.

“He had a way of making the world feel better and brighter,” said a close family friend. “Spencer’s laugh and energy could light up any room.”

Despite the quick response of emergency personnel, Spencer could not be saved. The devastating accident has left his family grappling with profound grief and an aching silence where his laughter once filled the home.

The Gilbert community has come together to support the family through this heartbreaking time, offering meals, donations, prayers, and comfort. A memorial fund has been established to assist with funeral expenses, allowing the family to focus on healing without added financial strain.

Angie and Chris ask that Spencer be remembered not for his brief time on earth but for the immense joy and love he brought to all who knew him. They urge others to cherish every moment with their loved ones and to live with the same openness and happiness Spencer showed.

Plans for a celebration of life service are underway, where friends, family, and community members will gather to honor Spencer’s memory with balloons, photos, favorite songs, and stories.

Though Spencer’s time was short, his impact was profound. His spirit will live on in every bedtime story whispered, every ray of sunshine, and every heart that continues to hold him dear.

Rest peacefully, sweet Spencer. You were deeply loved and will never be forgotten.
