MANCHESTER, NH — Authorities have confirmed that 36-year-old Luis Ayala of Manchester is the victim of a deadly stabbing that occurred on Wednesday, June 25, 2025. The violent incident took place at 138 Orange Street, where police responded to emergency calls reporting a stabbing.
Upon arrival, officers found Ayala critically injured and rushed him to a local hospital. Despite the efforts of medical personnel, Ayala died shortly thereafter. An autopsy performed by the New Hampshire Medical Examiner’s Office ruled the cause of death as a stab wound to the abdomen, officially classifying it as a homicide.
