North Las Vegas, NV – The community is mourning the tragic loss of 23-year-old Na’Onche Osborne, who was fatally shot at the Aliante Casino in North Las Vegas on March 27, 2025. Osborne was the adopted son of former Nevada State Senator and North Las Vegas mayoral candidate Pat Spearman.
The incident occurred around 4:30 a.m. when North Las Vegas police responded to reports of a shooting at the casino. Upon arrival, officers found Osborne deceased at the scene. The suspect, identified as 19-year-old Aerion Warmsley, allegedly fled before officers arrived. Information about the incident and the suspect’s possible direction of travel was shared with surrounding jurisdictions. The Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department later located Warmsley and took him into custody following a lengthy pursuit.
Osborne had previously been involved in a legal case in October 2022, when he was arrested for allegedly shooting his cousin during a dispute at Spearman’s home. He was charged with battery with the use of a deadly weapon and discharging a firearm within a structure.
