SIOUX FALLS, SD — The Sioux Falls community is grieving the tragic death of Robert Jensen, 76, who passed away on June 27, 2025, following a serious head-on collision. The accident, witnessed by an on-duty traffic officer, involved two vehicles and left the city in shock.

Emergency responders arrived promptly, but despite their efforts, Robert succumbed to his injuries at the scene before he could be transported to a hospital.
