The Bronx, NY – June 30, 2025 — A wave of grief and outrage has swept through the Bronx following the tragic and senseless stabbing death of 40-year-old Tamara Rowe, who was found slain in her Morrisania apartment on Saturday evening.

New York City Police responded to an emergency call at approximately 7:30 p.m. at a residential building on East 168th Street. Upon arrival, officers discovered Rowe suffering from multiple stab wounds. Despite the efforts of emergency medical personnel, she was pronounced dead at the scene.
