San Marcos, TX – A tragic incident occurred on Friday afternoon at a gas station near the intersection of Redwood Road and Highway 123, resulting in the death of 32-year-old Tiffany Marie Sillero.
According to the San Marcos Police Department (SMPD), the accidental shooting took place around 4:00 p.m. Sillero was accompanied by her toddler at the time of the incident.
