AURORA, CO — Authorities in Aurora are investigating a tragic death at Del Mar Park that is being treated as an apparent suicide. The incident occurred earlier today and has left the local community reeling with sadness and concern.

Emergency services were dispatched to the park after multiple 911 calls reported a person in distress near one of the central walkways. Aurora Police officers and Aurora Fire Rescue paramedics arrived swiftly, but despite their best efforts to administer life-saving measures, the individual was pronounced dead at the scene.
