The Tulsa Police Department is on the scene of a shooting in downtown Tulsa with multiple victims.
Tulsa Traffic Jams reported there were as many as five victims in the incident, which occurred near the Blue Dome District, but those were preliminary reports.

The main police activity was in the area of 2nd Street and Elgin but 1st, 2nd and 3rd streets were blocked off.
There were also reports of multiple fights and additional officers arriving for crown control, TTJ said.
